Return Policy

Our return policy allows customers to return products within 30 days from the date of dispatch. Unfortunately, please note that we do not offer free returns and customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

The item must be in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging. We'll refund or replace the item should you so wish.

Extended returns period: For orders placed in November and December, the returns period is extended until 31st January.

Please keep your proof of postage, as this will mean we are able to process your refund or replacement more quickly.
